Terroir
Old alluvia from the second terrace of the Lot, they are rather decarbonated and made up of gravel and clayey sand with heterogeneous pebbles
Winemaking
Manual harvesting in the early morning, followed by a small skin maceration in the cold. Traditional natural vinification.
No sulphites added during vatting.
Elevage
6 months in Bordeaux barrels (partly new) from Allier – Center France. Slight sulphiting when put into barrels.
