Tasting:
Colour: salmon pink with gray reflections.
Nose: Citrus fruits followed by red fruits with an “English candy” component
Palate: Very balanced with a very nice marriage between fat and acidity which gives freshness. Aromatic, still fresh and very persistent.

Terroir
Recent alluvial deposits which spread out near the Lot. Sands and silts dominate but there are also gravels and pebbles of granite, basalt, quartz and limestone.
Winemaking
Mechanical harvesting, bleeding method for a few hours maximum, traditional natural vinification at controlled temperature below 18°C
Elevage
Short in stainless steel vats then quickly bottled for young consumption on the fruit
