Le Chemin des ânes

A tribute to our donkeys who regularly take a walk in the vineyards.

We stop at the white plot, which produces a silky wine with a beautiful blend of aromas.

We clearly find the aromas of Viognier and the 'fat' of Chardonnay and the small hint of freshness of Sauvigon.

Tasting notes

Aromatic nose with hints of white peach. On the palate, there is a beautiful combination of grape varieties with Viognier which gives lots of aromas of vine peach, white flowers and pear associated with the fatty side of brioche from Chardonnay and a touch of freshness from Sauvignon. The contribution of the wood is very fine and precise which brings a very appreciable roundness. Ideal for your dinner aperitifs, fish or white meat.
