Tasting notes
Aromatic nose with hints of white peach. On the palate, there is a beautiful combination of grape varieties with Viognier which gives lots of aromas of vine peach, white flowers and pear associated with the fatty side of brioche from Chardonnay and a touch of freshness from Sauvignon. The contribution of the wood is very fine and precise which brings a very appreciable roundness. Ideal for your dinner aperitifs, fish or white meat.
